Build and Burn doesn’t have a return policy.
In case of non delivery of the product or the product being damaged, refund of the same can be done keeping the proofs of the damage into consideration.
The customer has to keep the order ID received after ordering while cancelling or talking with the customer care.
Customer is not eligible for refund after 3 hours of delivery of the product and not informing the customer care number with photographs within 3 hours time.
The customer can cancel the order before the dispatch notification comes to their phone. After that, it cannot be cancelled.
